Tomorrowland Junior Roller Derby (TJRD) is a vibrant, youth-centered roller derby league rooted in the heart of Tacoma. As a true Grit City experience, TJRD brings together skaters, families, and fans to celebrate athleticism, inclusivity, and community spirit. Whether you're cheering from the sidelines or lacing up your skates, you're part of something powerful.

Open to kids ages 7–17, TJRD offers a range of programs from beginner to full-contact teams. Our mission is to create strong, confident humans—on and off the track—by fostering mental and physical wellness through the sport of roller derby. We believe in access for all, offering scholarships and encouraging family involvement in officiating and support roles.

Now in our fourth season, we’re proud to partner with Tacoma Arts Live to secure a consistent venue at The Tacoma Armory. This partnership not only sustains our league’s vitality but also amplifies our visibility through community events like Skate the Armory sessions.
