Roller Derby Info Night

Join us to see a live roller derby demonstration, meet the coaches, and learn all about what it means to be part of the Tomorrowland Junior Roller Derby Community. Our info night is catered to new skaters, transfer skaters, officials and volunteers.

Tomorrowland Junior Roller Derby offers something for everyone. Never played before? Cool. Not a great skater yet? No problem. Experienced derby player ready for more? We got you.

Learn to Roller Skate (30 min)

Focused on beginner roller skating skills, this session will help get you comfortable with standing, falling, striding forward and stopping on roller skates. This session is offered just before Sunday “Skate the Armory” Sessions (Rental Skates Now Available!). Click here to buy tickets

Intro to Roller Derby (5 weeks)

This program is offered multiple times throughout the year. Geared towards skaters who can comfortable skate forward and stop on their own; these sessions will teach the basic skate skills needed to be successful in roller derby. Click “Join Us” below to register (or for more info).

League Play (Year Round)

Nano Bots

The Nano Bots are our Level 2 (positional) team. Great for those new to the sport as they learn the basics of game play and team dynamics.

Whizzbangs

The Whizzbangs are our Level 3 (full contact) B team. Skaters begin to learn advanced strategy and how to play at a full contact level.

Phenomenauts / Knights

The Phenomenauts and Knights are our Level 3 (full contact) travel team. These are our highest level skaters. This team is travel-heavy January - June.
