    LEVEL 2 - POSITIONAL CONTACT

    Beginner level. Skaters have 2 years or less of roller derby experience. This team focuses on learning the rules and building derby skills.

    LEVEL 3 - FULL CONTACT

    High level skaters. This team focuses on executing strategy against top teams across the US and Canada.

Ready for league play?

Skaters must have previous roller derby experience, have attended an Intro to Roller Derby session, or have been cleared by Coach M’Atom to participate in league play. Once registered, skaters will be evaluated for team placement.

  • When does the season start?

    • Season play is year-round with brief winter and summer breaks.

  • When are practices?

    • Depending on the team placement, practices will vary.

      • Nano Bots (Beginner friendly, Level 2 Positional) Sundays 10 AM - 12 PM and Thursdays 6-8 PM

      • WhizzBangs (Level 3 Full Contact) Mondays and Thursdays 6-8 PM

      • Phenomenauts / Knights (Level 3 Travel Team) Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-8 PM

  • Does my skater need their own gear?

    • Yes, each skater is required to be geared up for every practice. Loaner gear is available (with the exception of a mouthguard, you must provide your own mouthguard) with advanced notice. To request loaner gear, please complete the Loaner Gear Request form.

  • How much does it cost?

    • Season dues are $100/month.
